can't highlight a specific market value

in New to Quicken/Getting Started (Windows)

I used to be able to highlight a specific market value and change it.

Now the entire horiZOntal line HIGHLIGHTS. How can I change just the market value

    If you are talking about in the portfolio view, you cannot change the maket value directly- you can only change the quote/price which will then update the market value.

    Quicken Windows user since 1993.
