Tried to link Parnassus investment account, shows $0.00 value. What now?

I am just getting started with Quicken Classic for Mac Version 7.10.1 on macOS 12.7.6. I added and linked all of my bank and investment accounts and most of them look good, but the account from Parnassus shows a $0.00 value even after it showed the correct value while in the setup process for linking the account. I have tried removing and re-adding it which did not help. I contacted Quicken Support who told me it was a problem from Parnassus, but when I called Parnassus support they said it was a problem with Quicken (or perhaps with Parnassus using 2-factor authentication, but Quicken seems to be set up to handle that), so I'm not sure what to do now. It looks like others using Quicken have run into similar problems with accounts from other companies, so it seems like a Quicken issue. Has anyone else had this issue with Parnassus and/or found a solution? Thank you!
