Tax Summary Report "_401Contrib" category doesn't include 401K catchup contribution.
I followed this article on how to enter 401K catchup contribution: https://info.quicken.com/win/how-do-i-enter-401-k-catchup-contributions. Both regular 401(k) deduction and catchup contribution transactions do show up in 401k account, but the Tax Summary Report shows only regular 401(k) deduction (under category "_401Contrib"), the catchup contribution is missing.
However, I noticed if I click "Edit" on the catchup contribution transaction in the 401(k) account, and click "Enter/Done" button, Quicken would ask "Is this an Employee Contribution to your 401(k)?", and if I click "Yes", then the catchup contribution will show up in the Tax Summary Report under "_401Contrib". I really don't like this "work around", Quicken should fix this bug.
Quicken support, please create a bug report for this.
P.S. I found other users posting on same issue dated back to 2020! FYI, I also experienced the following "Duplicate Entries in Tax Summary _401Contrib" issue after entering/deleting paycheck transactions.
