Bills and Income reminders; can not edit or delete only 3 lines.

Question

I am using Quicken Classic Deluxe for Windows.  Recently I have 3 line items in Bills and reminders that I can not edit nor delete.   They all state done in status, the due column states none, one shows a dollar value the other two are 0.00 and all say (auto) in the action column.  How do I delete these and how do I prevent this from happening again?

Sometimes QWin hides "power" commands behind secret keystrokes. Right-click one of the bad reminders. Hold Ctrl+Shift while left-clicking "Delete this instance and all future instances".

Let me know whether that works. If it doesn't, we can climb further down the rabbit hole.
