Unable to Add New Accounts from BCU Bank

When trying to add some new accounts from my BCU Account, but the Action is Don't Add to Quicken. How do I get Quicken to show "Add to Quicken"?

You mentioned that these were new accounts, do you already have BCU Bank accounts connected? Did you receive any error codes or messages? Are these banking or investment accounts?
