Make Quicken use the OS currency regional settings

Quicken doesn't seem to use Windows' local regional settings for currency representation. I cannot find a preference setting to change this either.

For most of the world, currency is represented with a "comma" as a decimal separator. Our keyboards have a "comma" on the numerical keyboard side. It would make life much easier for us to use it instead of a "period", which is used for grouping.

Please, make Quicken use the OS regional settings or at least create preference settings to choose the decimal and grouping separators.

As a side note, I posted this as a question in the forum a couple of years ago. Someone told me that the option to change the decimal and grouping separators existed in the settings file but was unavailable on the Preferences screen. I made the change and it works for registering transactions but not for other things. For instance, I cannot update currency exchange rates or create reminders with decimal values. So, it seems this is an incomplete feature, and not all functions check this setting.
