Exxon Mobil and Home Depot OSU failing in my case.

Made the mistake of trying to reset Home Depot and now cannot re-set up the online connection.

Is it a known issue that citiretailservices.citibankonline.com connections are failing?

It seems that CC-502 error codes are occurring with a number of Citi retail branded credit cards (all are set up with EWC connections). An Alert has been posted about this. While your particular card is not referenced in this Alert, given that your credit card is also a Citi retail branded card it is likely that it also applies to your card.:

You can also read more about the CC-502 error code in this Support Article: https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-updating-accounts-cc-502/ .

Basically, it means that downloading and connection setups cannot be completed at this time. Try, again, later today or tomorrow.

It's interesting to note that some of us had this connection issues with Citibank cards for the past 2 years, and it was fixed (along with others) a few weeks ago. It broke again a couple of days ago, but I can see that after syncing it appears to be fixed again.

I have not experience CC-502 errors with my Citi retail-branded cards (Sears, Macy's) in any significant frequency (except for this past late-Sep to early-Oct). I did have this error code yesterday, too, but as anticipated the issue no longer exists today. Whatever the server issue was yesterday appears to have been been resolved.
