Discount Tire CC-503

I am unable to setup discount tire via Synchrony bank login. I have called Synchrony Bank and they said to call quicken.

    I can see internally that the error you are receiving is due to your credentials being rejected. Have you already tried following the guidance found in this error-specific support article regarding error CC-503?
