Trying to add PayPal Credit to quicken. Ongoing from prematurely closed discussion

Just as the title states, the PayPal Credit, Mastercard, Crypto accounts will not function in Quicken. Given that we are also experiencing issues with our other Major Bank, USAA, the quicken software is basically useless. The caveat would be, with USAA, we can at least download information if we perform the Account reset and when that doesn't work, we need to deactivate and then reactivate the onestep update.

However, for this discussion, PayPal Credit will go thru the motions like it will function, asking for your username and password, provide the field to choose what method we would like to receive the code, receive the code input screen, and after thinking, it provides the ever popular "It's not your fault" message.

There's also the issue of trying to attach statements and other receipts to the individual transactions. Sometimes, it works properly. On some transactions, it won't provide the little paperclip icon once completed and when you re-download, nothing appears in the field. When you redownload again, it will then have a download for as many times as you performed this function having not seen the paperclip icon or a document in the field. The caveat is, when you delete one, you delete all and are required to perform the task repeatedly until your frustration level reaches terminal velocity.

It would be nice if the software we are required to pay and maintain a current subscription service would function properly. While this is a vent as well as a post to explain the issue was never resolved, it would be nice if Quicken techs would at least give the appearance they are working to resolve a very serious issue. If the program will not work with two, very high-profile financial institutions like PayPal and USAA, what use is it? Maybe it's time to start issuing credits or provide free subscriptions until the issue with both, not one or the other but BOTH financial institutions has been repaired and remains working properly.

Please do not prematurely close this topic. Many stop visiting it every day to post problems and at the least in our case, it's because the amount of time wasted to try and perform a daily download has already reached its max and attention needs to be directed to other things that have importance too.

Thank you.
