when will these 2 items be addressed. i have been a customer for 10 years and you are losing me due to not fixing these issues over several years on MAC version

please advise where you guys are at

    What exactly is occurring with these two financial institutions? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? How long have you been experiencing this issue with these two financial institutions?

    Hi Jasmine

    TD Bank has been having issues since july 2024 »> they keep trying to get both direct and q connect working and not happening. I have spent over 10 hrs on phone with q support.

    They have been promising web connect to www.my.vanguardplan.com for over 2 years, nothing new.

    There are competitive products that work just fine and I will make a decision this year whether to move on to a new product.
