PayPal Credit, Mastercard, and Crypto - not receiving 2FA code?

Beginning three days ago, I do not receive the 2FA code after selecting my phone number when attempting to download transactions. The only thing different I notice is that on this screen there previously was a line above the "dc@ms.com" line which read the same as the other three mobile number lines. I always chose it and always received a one-time code to enter. I've tried choosing the other three mobile lines, as well as tried resetting my account, all to no avail. Any suggestions, please?
