Cannot Change Budget or Budget year in Current Budget Report

I am a long time Windows user and have a big problem. In the Current Budget report, from the drop downs I cannot change the budget or budget year. Can change budget but not year in settings. It only shows the one budget it is looking at. I've tried a number of things:

  1. Super Validate
  2. Created from report fromscratch
  3. Deleted a bunch of stale budgets—still have a bunch

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Solved this, Definitely a bug. I recently changed to Large fonts. Turns out the drop downs for budget and year do not work if View→Use Large Fonts is selected
