Suggesting Automatic Statement attachment

For some of my billers the recent account statement (or recent bill) will be downloaded into the Bills and Income section automatically. What I would like is if the account statement could be automatically (or with a button press) be attached to the account it references.

For Bills, if you pay the bill from Bills and Income and the bill was attached then it should be automatically be attached to the payment transaction.

I often attach receipts, especially for big ticket items that I want to keep, so I like being able to make attachments.
