I can't download transactions

I reinstalled Quicken Deluxe because I couldn't download transaction. It only downloaded transactions to January 2. I checked and none of the other accounts had any new downloads. How can i fix this?

More info needed in order to assist you.
- When you do HELP, About Quicken, what shows as your BUILD? What shows as your "Membership Valid Until" date?
- Please name any one of your banks/brokerages that you're having this issue with. Whatever we figure out for that one will probably apply to the others also. We'd need the FULL NAME as is shown in the "Financial Institution" column of TOOLS, Account List.
- What type of accounts are you having this problem with? Per the decisions of the various banks/brokerages, not all account types CAN be downlo9aded.
- Have you EVER downloaded into these accounts previously? When most recently?

these are my accounts. I can’t download the latest transactions from Bremer, Discover, Costco visa, American Funds and other accounts.

Go re-read Question 2. You didn't answer what was asked.
AND, why are you holding your investments as separate, instead of holding them in a brokerage type account? Is that something that one or more of your brokerages requires? Otherwise, it's ill advised.

I have decided to start a new Quicken file. I have setup an account from 1 bank. The downloads work good. The transactions go back to April 2024. Is this a good starting point or should I start at a later date. Like at the end of the year?
