Chase Savings and Checking Account not Downloading

I have this same issue, but on Quicken for Mac.
I disabled the connection on Chase.com, then enabled it. It thinks all 4 accounts are enabled, but Quicken only sees the credit cards that were in Quicken before, and not the new savings & checking accounts.
Signed out of Quicken and then signed back in. Same issue - all it can see are the credit accounts.
Please help!
