synchrony credit card transaction download into Quicken

I had a problem downloading my Care Credit card info into quicken. I created the account in Quicken; opened the "edit/delete account" and opened Account Details, selected online services and deactivated online services. next I activated online service and entered my credentials for mysynchroy.com. Somehow Quicken associated the financial institution for my care credit card account with Guitar Center Credit Card. (some of synchrony bank's credit cards are with this institution); I then clicked OK and, quicken logged in and downloaded my transactions. YOU MIGHT TRY THIS!
