Recover ID

I think that I found the problem with downloading. On the Quicken website I put in the Quicken ID - [Removed - Email/Privacy]. that's the only ID that shows up in the ID login. but I have 2 choices for Password? One is my email [Removed - Email/Privacy]. the other is [Removed - Privacy]. [Removed Privacy] doesn't show as an ID.

I think that I deleted the last ID. Is there a way to retrieve the other ID? I think I deleted it.

Your Quicken ID should be the email address associated with your subscription. What exactly is the issue that you are experiencing?

i can't download transactions using my existing Quicken File backups. I have transactions going back to the 1990's. I created a new Quicken File. I opened one bank account and it downloaded transactions going back to April 2024. What is the best starting point? What is the best starting point? I will need reports for taxes.

In the old Quicken the ID was a username, not an email. Earlier this month I deleted some of my passwords and older IDs from Microsoft Wallet. Since then, I haven't been able to download new transactions into the old files. I created a new Quicken file and the downloads work well. i would love to reconnect my old fies so I can download transactions. b haven't been able to so far. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Your Quicken ID is your username, I suggest attempting to sign into your original account using your email address and password.
