Why won't Quicken accept my PayPal credit account downloads?

All of sudden it doesn't work. I have not set up auto update on Quicken as it was really giving me a lot of junk a few years ago (like activity from the beginning of the account's life!). So I go to each website and download the transactions directly into Quicken. This morning, I went to PayPal's website, downloaded the transactions, and got an error message from Quicken. HOWEVER it did ask me if I wanted to set up auto update (go figure). I use PayPal for almost all of my online activity so this is going to become a MAJOR time problem for me. HELP!

    And that error message was???

    Also, when you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the Financial Institution column across from the account in Q? If that column isn't visible, it can be added via the OPTIONS button at the bottom of the dialog. What shows in the "Transaction Download" column on that same line?

    I'm getting "Quicken is unable to complete your request. [OL-221-1] and then at the bottom of the box I get [OL-221-B]
