Quicken Mac - Upgrade to v8 Failing

I'm currently using Quicken Classic Deluxe v7.10.1 on Mac 15.2 (Sequoia). I keep being prompted to upgrade to v8 and I go through the upgrade process with no errors. It then prompts me to relaunch and reload. It reloads v7 and prompts me again to upgrade to v8. I've been through this several times and v8 is failing to install but is giving me no negative feedback explaining how or why it's failing.
Anyone else seen this? Suggestions?

If you are unable to upgrade Quicken in place, try downloading the current version from Quicken.com and installing it yourself instead. Drag the current version of Quicken to the trash before installing the new one - if the installation doesn't work for some reason you can drag it out of the trash & back to the Applications folder.

Hello @Fang,
If you sync your file with the Google Cloud, you may want to pause it or turn it off during the upgrade. A couple customers mentioned that helped when they encountered a similar issue:
I hope this helps!
