Sub-par syncing, yet full and increasing annual subscription payments are demanded from me

I am a 30+ years Quicken User, beginning my personal accounting with Windows 3.1. My latest desktop operating version is Windows 11 Home, and a 2025 Quicken Classic. My Quicken mobile app is currently on a Samsung S22 with Android Version 14. ALL recent and up to date. I have noted a number of times that Quicken bills me and debits from me its full subscription money, even though I do not get the full product usage and abilities it offers me, year after year. That is un-American! It takes well into the next subscription year, and yet the current version is not fully operational. Too many updates from Quicken, too many corrections, too many errors over the year on a product that takes too much of my time and effort to keep my books, and frustrates me. Too many times I have transactions or its attachments missing from either the desktop or the Android Samsung app, and I am not informed of this error or missing transactions and I only find out when I take the time to manually audit my Quicken accounts. The fact that I am paying for a product that has too many or too much short-ends and syncing issues, with no response from Quicken, but for its public response that I HAVE TO delete or re-install the app, or read the correction steps, as if I have nothing else to do…., really upsets me.
