One Step Update does not remember Fidelity account password

Hello, I don't know why One Step Update won't remember my Fidelity account like my other accounts. If I hit "save" after putting in the password, it forces me to set up a password vault, which I don't want to do because it's cumbersome to have to put in that password every time I open Quicken.
See both screenshots.
I searched here and found various issues with Fidelity but don't seem to find anything like the issue I am having.
