Capital gains on Added shares

In Qmac I ran a report to see my 2024 capital gains. [Don't get me started on how there is no way to calculate them according to Canadian law and that there is no automatic CG report included in the report menu]. To do this you have to use the gov tax form option. I could not get one of my 2024 sales to be included this report. It turned out that if you Add Shares to an account with the cost base included in the Add Shares record, the sale of those added shares is not picked up in the report.
