Blank line in my register that won't delete

Hello. I have a blank line in my register that will not delete. I cannot add anything to it and if I try, I get an error that says please use valid date. (even though I've used a correct date). I can't delete it or add anything to it. I've restarted quicken and rebooted my PC. Help?

I am running Quicken Classic Deluxe Version R60.20.

    My first guess would be that you've got a corrupted Q data file.

    Have you tried taking a backup and then FILE, Validate and Repair File?
