Some older Transactions are not Showing Up in my Lots

So, I sold some stock last year, and I attempted to create the Sell transaction. However, when I tried to specify the specific lots, it was missing transactions from 2018.

So, I figured I would try to manually add a transaction (Shares Added). Boom, it doesn't show either.

So, I then changed the date of the Share Add Transaction to 2/1/2019, and it appeared in my details.

When I then changed the date to 1/1/2019, the transaction disappeared.

I tried rebuilding my lots, but I still cannot see older transactions.

It seems like I'm running into an issues where Quicken isn't seeing my transactions

Any ideas?
