Fidelity Rewards Credit Card non downloading

FrZpd7843 Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

After getting error message and hitting "try again", the update says "complete", without downloading transactions. Exited quicken, rebooted, and tried again. Same result, download shows prior day balance and does not download transactions. Was able to go directly to Fidelity Rewards website and download to quicken file.
