Issues connecting to SOFI

Good Morning,
Up until last week by connection with SOFI was working fine until my accounts failed to update. When I went to reset the accounts I am now getting CC-503 errors however the username and password has not changed and I was able to log in directly to SOFI with my credentials. Is anyone else having issues connecting to SOFI or is this a new issue?

Hello @chartley3,
Thank you for letting us know about the issue you are experiencing!
First, can you confirm whether or not you have already followed all the steps found in this support article for error CC-503?
Additionally, could you please tell us where your data file is located on your computer? Do you have it stored in a folder located on your local computer hard drive (C: Drive), or in a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
Check back and let us know! Thank you.

Just a quick update. The data file is actual stored on my OneDrive with the backup being stored on an external USB drive. Worst case scenario I will be reinstalling Windows in the next few weeks. I did not have this issue until a week or so ago and I can log into SOFI with my credentials on both the website and the app. Its as if something is caching the old credentials. I have deleted all the SOFI accounts out of quicken and still get the CC-503 error

Providing an update. I just did a complete system reinstall of windows and reloaded Quicken and am still getting the same CC-503 error when I try to add in SOFI for online accounts. There has to be an issue between the quicken servers and SOFI when its passing credentials as I have no issues logging in to both the website and the app.
