Bank of Montreal (BMO) CC-501 Error

Since Jan 30, 2025, I have beem unable to update my 3 bmo accounts using EWC. The update seems to be working fine on Quicken Mobile.
Is there an issue with the Quicken server connecting with BMO?
Anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

I checked your account, and internally you are receiving an FDP-185(CC-585) error. To troubleshoot this, I suggest that you please follow the guidance found in this support article.

Once that is done, let us know if you still receive the external CC-501 error code.

@Quicken Anja This thread is posted under "All things Canadian" and "BMO" is most likely Canadian. Hence, I'm going to assume the OP is running the Canadian version. The latest Canadian version is R60.18. Only the US is on R60.20 (presently).

Hello @Quicken Anja, I tried the Account update and got the request for inputting my OTP. It worked fine and updated my accounts.
I still suspect that there may have been issue with the servers earlier since there was nothing different that I did to update my account.
@Arctic Hare Thanks for pointing out that I am using the Canadian version and the app is up to date
