Quicken stopped updating my Schwab accounts in January

I started to use a professional money manager in mid-January. Quicken now doesn't download transactions for those accounts, even though the account number and my log-in info have not changed.
Is there a setting I need to change somewhere?

It sounds like Quicken stopped downloading transactions for your professionally managed accounts, even though your account number and login credentials haven’t changed. Which financial institution are these accounts with? Some institutions limit transaction downloads for accounts under an advisor’s management—have you checked whether your bank or brokerage has changed any access settings since you started using a money manager?
When you try to update transactions, do you get an error message, or does Quicken simply not retrieve new data? Have you attempted to deactivate and reactivate online services for these accounts to see if that restores the connection? Has your money manager made any adjustments to how transactions are processed that might affect how they appear in Quicken?
