iPhone Mobile App running balances are incorrect

The running balances on the iphone mobile app are incorrect. This makes the app useless.

I am running Quicken Mac, Classic Deluxe, ver 8.0.1, Mac Sequoia 15.1.1

The running balance syncs accurately between my desktop and Quicken on the Web.

I have in the past week

  • reset the cloud data multiple times
  • created a test file
  • deleted/re-install the mobile app multiple times
  • signed in and out of the app
  • checked/unchecked multiple accounts in the sync screen

The only result has been that I now have to reconnect multiple online accounts on my desktop Quicken. I spoke with support this morning and they have passed it up the ladder.
