The running balances on the iphone mobile app are incorrect. This makes the app useless.
I am running Quicken Mac, Classic Deluxe, ver 8.0.1, Mac Sequoia 15.1.1
The running balance syncs accurately between my desktop and Quicken on the Web.
I have in the past week
- reset the cloud data multiple times
- created a test file
- deleted/re-install the mobile app multiple times
- signed in and out of the app
- checked/unchecked multiple accounts in the sync screen
The only result has been that I now have to reconnect multiple online accounts on my desktop Quicken. I spoke with support this morning and they have passed it up the ladder.
