Chase - Visa cannot set up

Attempting to setup Chase Visa for downloading updating. I sign to Chase outside of Quicken and then this message appears: "Sign to Chase bank failed. Try again. Sorry, the signin failed due to time out or a connection errror. Select signin to authenticate via your web browser" I have signed into Chase many many times and always get this error. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Sue
