    I've been experiencing this issue as well. It started on January 31. All credentials are correct. I've followed the instructions above (I'm a Mac User) and I'm still getting this same error.

    Same here. I have tried all of the instructions but I continue to receive the same error message as the other users.

    Could you please navigate to Help > Report a problem and submit a problem report with log files, a sanitized data file, and screenshots (if possible) attached? This is so that I may report this issue for further investigation.
