I am using Windows 10 Quicken Deluxe R61.16 Build 27.1.61.16
On February 4th I archived investment transactions within one of my Fidelity accounts. After doing that most of my PNC accounts show "Quicken unable to update your account click here to add your account again". When I click that the system hangs. Did my archiving those Fidelity account transactions cause this problem when the system did a validation process?
After ending Quicken, I went to backups from the time prior to the archiving and everything single one whether it was February 1st or early February 4th to find that message on the PNC accounts are still there. I tried to deactivate one of the PNC accounts from Express Web Connect+ and the deactivate button grays out a few seconds after clicking it but nothing else can be clicked to do anything else in Quicken.
What should I do to resolve this issue with the PNC accounts?
