Quicken unable to update your account click here to add your account again is not working

I am using Windows 10 Quicken Deluxe R61.16 Build 27.1.61.16
On February 4th I archived investment transactions within one of my Fidelity accounts. After doing that most of my PNC accounts show "Quicken unable to update your account click here to add your account again". When I click that the system hangs. Did my archiving those Fidelity account transactions cause this problem when the system did a validation process?
After ending Quicken, I went to backups from the time prior to the archiving and everything single one whether it was February 1st or early February 4th to find that message on the PNC accounts are still there. I tried to deactivate one of the PNC accounts from Express Web Connect+ and the deactivate button grays out a few seconds after clicking it but nothing else can be clicked to do anything else in Quicken.
What should I do to resolve this issue with the PNC accounts?

For a change to a Fidelity account to seemingly impact a PNC account shouldn't happen … it's kinda illogical.
It suggests a corrupted Q data file. SO:
Take a backup of your file
Do, FILE, Validate and Repair file, check "Validate File" and click OK.
Did that help?BTW, I've archived several investment accounts over the last year without problem. Which suggests that the issue is specific to your file and not the archive process.

Validate and Repair usually takes many hours for me. I just started it and will let you know if it finished within 7 hours or takes longer. I am doing this on the backup I restored from the backup done right before the archive process. I will advise the results and ask if you would like for me to share anything further.

It will take at least 15 hours as it is on the Checking Security prices phase for a long time already and that part is less than a third done.

That is a very long time for a file validate. How big is your file?
Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.

225,600 KB and it is now over 44 hours although it is past the Checking Security prices phase.

This validation is still going with over 58 hours. Note that the original archiving of investment transactions on February 4th did a simple validation. The last time I did a complete validation was in October 2024 and it took a number of hours, but it was less than 12 hours. I made a copy of the old logs file and found some info which I wonder whether it provides any clues.

The validation finally finished although it took a very long time as you can tell from the times indicated within the file. Here is what the Data_Log had (with some redactions)

I don't know what all of these messages indicate as to why the validation took so long and also whether there are further things I need to do for this file to be useful. Please advise.
This was done on the backup from before the archiving of investment transactions were done. This file still has the problem of the PNC accounts not being updated and showing a reddish circle with a line through it with a message that "Quicken is unable to update your account Click here to add your account again" What are your thoughts on this?

I think you need to get on the phone with Q Support, via the link at the top of this page.
It looks to me like you've got a seriously corrupted Q data file … one that may be beyond the help of this forum.
Q Support, with your permission, can "look but not touch" your file while you're online with them.
Has Q, or your computer, completely crashed while Q was open? Because that's a WHOLE LOT of errors, any of which could explain the PNC issue.
