Monthly Expenses alerts

I've used Quicken for … too many years (decades) … and this is the first time I've considered using the "Alerts." I thought it might be nice, though I don't keep a budget in Quicken (it's in Excel) to get an alert when I start to approach my monthly grocery budget max.

So I went to the Setup tab, in Alerts, and selected "Monthly Expenses" on the left, and then scrolled down, looking for my Grocery category - and the list stops at Gifts. Won't scroll down any further.

Is this a feature, or a bug?

I don't use the feature either, but looking at it, it looks like some kind of bug or problem with the data file since I can see all my categories.

I noticed it was even showing hidden categories.
