Work Flow Nomenclature is Not Intuitive [Edited]

Navigating the features of LifeHub is not very intuitive. For Example, on the Contacts page:
It says: "Add Your Contacts." A blue button says "New Item." Clicking on that, it says, "New Item." and "Name of the Item."
Shouldn't it say "Person" or "Contact" instead of "Item"?

Also, I find it frustrating that I can't add contacts on the fly. For example, Medical>Medical Information>Contacts. I can add my doctor's contact. I'm forced to go to Contacts and add a "New Item."
The same is true for just about anything else I'm trying to add, like, an Insurance company. I have to go back to Contacts and add "New Item."Quicken for Windows user since 1993 | Windows 11

@Charles Hadlock I feel your pain with this process. I made multiple suggestions to improve the process. I hope they implement a lot of what I'm reading on this forum!
