Renewal could not be completed

Since I was notified that my payment/renewal could not be completed, I have repeatedly tried to pay for my membership via your system.

However, it is simply not possible to transfer payment (from Denmark) via the standard payment form.

I have used Quicken for more than 25 years - and want to continue. You must therefore - in one way or another - ensure that I can pay/renew my membership.

I recognize that it may not be normal for a person in Denmark to use Quicken, but as stated I HAVE BEEN USING QUICKEN FOR MORE THAN 25 YEARS!

This is a Quicken Classic users forum, not Quicken Support. Requests for payment assistance need to be made directly to Quicken Support via Online Chat of Phone ( https://www.quicken.com/support/#contact-support ) because no one in this Community forum can do anything to address payment issues.

You did not mention which edition (Starter, Deluxe, Premier or Business & Personal) of Quicken Classic you have. When your subscription expires you can continue to manually use each of these editions (except for Starter….Starter becomes read-only). You will not have any online services but I am assuming that you cannot use online services, anyway, since you are outside of the USA and Canada. There will be some banners reminding you to renew that take up about 20% of the Quicken Classic view but if you can tolerate then you might want to consider not bothering to renew your subscription because you will still be able to use Quicken Classic (except for Starter).

That being said, it is not uncommon for people outside of the USA and Canada (the only 2 countries where Quicken is marketed, sold and supported) being unable to make subscription payments. The only things that I can recall others saying that has worked for them is to ensure that:

    • The payment method supports purchases made internationally (including in the USA).
    • The payment must be transacted in US dollars.
    • When entering the payment into Quicken.com you will need to enter a Zip Code. People outside the USA can try to use 94025 (the Zip Code for Quicken's corporate headquarters). I have heard that sometimes works.

Outside of this, if the payment still cannot be completed, you will need to contact Quicken Support per the information in the link I provided you above.
