Bills says T-Mobile account is locked. It isn't.

Title says it all. There are other closed discussions with similar symptoms - but the problem is not fixed for me. Can anyone out there add an Online Bill for T-Mobile?

    Hello @Craig Hollister,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I have taken the time to further look into this issue and I can see that your T-Mobile account is locked. The message mentions that you need to sign into the T-Mobile website to address your issue. First, I suggest checking your accounts on the Tmobile website for third-party access or perhaps for a direct message from T-mobile. If you are unable to locate anything, then I suggest calling T-mobile directly for further assistance. It is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 agent or supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.

    I hope this helps!
