I have two credit cards from Chase. Todays download put 26 old transactions from one card onto the wrong card. Plus the pending transaction feature, which was on got turned off. Same Quicken version.

Hello @KMacneal,
To better understand and troubleshoot the issue, can you clarify which financial institutions you are experiencing this issue with? Are you receiving any error messages when attempting to download transactions? If so, what do they say? Are all banks and credit cards affected, or just specific ones? Have you tried updating account connections individually? Additionally, did you recently change any account credentials or security settings with your financial institutions?
Let me know!

Hello @AGK99,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
Have you noticed any patterns in the incorrect transactions being assigned to the wrong card, such as specific dates or categories? Do the two Chase accounts have distinct account numbers in Quicken, and have you verified that they are linked correctly to the corresponding accounts at Chase? When reviewing the downloaded transactions, do they appear duplicated, or were they entirely missing from the correct account?
Regarding the pending transaction feature, did you manually turn it on previously, or was it enabled by default before the update? Have you checked your account settings to see if the option is still available? Did this issue occur immediately after the Quicken update, or did you notice any problems before?
Let me know!
