Quicken doesn't us "Reconcile using online balance" for Truist

I have a Truist checking account setup for direct connect. I have Reconcile using online balance checked, but Quicken doesn't use the online balance as a result my ending balance is always incorrect. I have tried to reset that account, but Quicken still won't reconcile using my online balance. How do I fix this problem.
