HSA Bank - can't add. CC-502 error

I'm trying to add my cash account at HSA Bank. But when I try to add, it asks me for 2FA code (which I do receive via email), and after I put in the 2FA code, I get the above CC-502 error message. I tried it all day yesterday, and I was getting the same error.

Is this a known issue?
