Quicken - Boeing Credit Union (BECU) Visa Downloads

I have several BECU accounts (Checking, Savings, Credit Card, CD). They're all up to date with registration, etc. But when I do an update for all accounts, they all say they're updating, but one of them has stopped downloading existing transactions. Everything I've checked indicates the account is properly signed up, but it simply stopped downloading data a while back. When I do a manual download it pulls the transactions. I've reset the account multiple times. All the other BECU accounts download just fine. Ideas? The Quicken website suggests reconfirming, but I've done that. I've seen this raised a few times in the support forum but discussion always gets closed without a resolution. Windows 11 - Quicken R61.17 Build 27.1.61.17

    We appreciate you reaching out about this issue, and I certainly understand how this can be frustrating.

    Upon checking your account here internally, I'm not able to see a current connection setup for this financial institution.

    If you don't mind, could you please right-click the account name in the Account List Sidebar, select Edit/delete account, then navigate to the Online Services tab and provide a screenshot of this screen, or tell us what it says next to Connection Method? See example below.

    Thank you. This was resolved via a Quicken Chat Support. A whole new Quicken file was needed using my old file as a template.
