Workaround for missing property management tab for Mac version of business and personal
when will the property management tab be available on the Mac version of Classic business and personal? Or what is the workaround to be able to track properties and tenants and CAM charges etc

There is an 8 year old wish here showing that rental property management is "under consideration"… so add you vote. None of us have heard anything about when this might be added to QMac.
The only way around it now I think is creating one business per property (so that they can all share your rental property / schedule E categories for reporting) - and then Tags per unit with Clients for tenants. Should work (but ask questions about what you think won't work) … but nowhere near as clean as QWin's property management features.
Note in particular that as the business features are quite new to QMac, most reports don't let you report on business or filter business data propertly (yet). In particular, the Crosstab reports (which would let you see rental unit Tags in columns for a property) don't work yet. (QWin doesn't have the concept of crosstab reports - as I recall - as most reports there let you choose if you want data broken out into columns.)
