Citibank Online Balance incorrect
The online balance for my checking account with Citibank is not showing up correctly. It is showing $1,455.20 more than the actual balance in the acount. It has not changed for at several days, although there has been activity.

Thank you for sharing your experience. To clarify, is the Online Balance you're seeing outdated (for instance, it was correct, but since there has been activity in the account, it is now wrong)?
When I check on our end, I can see a FDP-350 (invalid token) error. To troubleshoot this, please backup your Quicken file, deactivate the problem account, then reconnect it by navigating to Tools>Add Account and following the prompts. Please make sure to carefully link the account to the correct nickname in Quicken.
