Message: Your Quicken accounts and your brokerage accounts are in agreement

Using R61.17. Recently I had an error in updating a Fidelity investment account when they did a huge amount of new items added to my investment account. I think at the time I made a mistake in not selecting an item as a new stock instead of one that Quicken selected. In any case I made all the manual corrections to fix the account. Now I am also getting a popup after the completion of One Step Update that says basically "Your Quicken accounts and your brokerage accounts are in agreement". I have not seen this message before nor when I searched the Community any discussion of it. How do I make it go away ?

Try going to preferences, downloaded transactions, and clear the option to compare to online balances.

I have the preference to Compare account portfolio after download selected. But for me I only get a popup when the shares in Quicken do not match what the brokerage has downloaded.
When I have gotten this "in agreement" message I seem to recall that I also had the preference checked to Automatically add downloaded investment transaction lists. So, if that box is checked, try unchecking it. That will then require you to review the downloaded transactions before they get entered into the register.
