Difficulty connecting new account - Vanguard

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭✭✭

I am a longtime Quicken user (running version R61.17 on Windows), and I am currently downloading successfully with several financial institutions, including the brokers Fidelity, Schwab, and Wells Fargo Advisors, using the appropriate methods for each.

On February 13, I established a new account with Vanguard (I eventually want to shutter the one with Schwab) and I can log on to my account at the Vanguard website (https://investor.vanguard.com/ ) without difficulty.

This morning (February 15) I attempted to set up and connect the new account using the "Add Account" menu item in Quicken. I got this error message, which confuses me, as I already have logon credentials for the Vanguard website. Is there a typically a delay for the connection to work? Anything else (e.g., another step) that I could be missing? The "Sign Up Now" link in Quicken just takes me to the general Vanguard website.

    I just realized that I cannot access my newly established account using the iOS app. Apparently I am not fully onboarded somehow - I will call Vanguard next week.
