citibank cc-901 reauthorize ?

Today, running one-step update, all but one of my institutions updated: Citibank. I have 2 credit cards and one savings account for many years, and update just fine on a regular basis. The error today says to 'Click Reauthorize'. I don't see a button to do that, but when I hover on the kebab (…) to the far right of the error line, a box "Reauthorize" appears briefly (green hightlight in screenshot). Clicking it makes the box disappear and does nothing else. Where should I find the REAL "Reauthorize" button?

    Hello @Patrick Larkin,

    Thank you for coming to the Community to let us know you're encountering this problem. You can reauthorize the accounts by deactivating and reconnecting them. Prior to doing this, please backup your Quicken file. Once you have backed up your file, deactivate the accounts that need to be reauthorized. Once the accounts have been deactivated, go to Tools>Add Account and follow the prompts. On the Add/Link screen, make sure to carefully link the accounts to the correct nickname in Quicken.
