Renasant Bank, Discover Card - Multiple download and connect problems.

I was already not able to connect to Renasant Bank. Now I am not able to connect to discover also. This product (MAC version of Quicken) seems to be going backwards on support and reliability. When can we expect these problems to get resolved ?

Hello @dwkenner,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I have taken the time to review the internal errors that you are experiencing and can see that you are receiving an FDP-103 with both your Discover Card and Renasant Bank accounts. We do currently have an active alert regarding users receiving FDP-103(CC-503) error messages with their Discover accounts. I suggest bookmarking the alert for all further updates which you can access using this link.
As for your Renasant Bank accounts, an FDP-103 error occurs when your financial institution tells Quicken that your login credentials are incorrect or there are outdated login credentials stored in Quicken for Mac and/or the Keychain app. You can review the instructions below in an attempt to resolve this issue, it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case). You can access these instructions as well as more information in this Support Article.
To start with, please check and make sure you do not have any hidden accounts that may be connected to this financial institution.
- Go to the Accounts menu and choose Hide and Show Accounts
- Uncheck any accounts with this specific financial institution that are checked as hidden in Lists
After that, please follow the troubleshooting instructions below.
- Open the account register and navigate to the Settings gear on the bottom-right corner
- Click on the Downloads tab
- Click Disconnect Account (if there are more than one account associated with this financial institution, please repeat steps 1 through 3 for each account)
- Quit Quicken
- Open Spotlight (you will see a small magnifying glass in the top menu) > Search "Keychain Access"
- On the left panel in the Keychain Access app, select Login and select Passwords at the top
- Search for the financial institution's name in the top-right search field and delete any entries found showing "Quicken password for [your financial institution username] at [financial institution name] "
- Quit the Keychain Access app and reopen Quicken
- Navigate to Accounts > Add Account...
- Use the search field at the top of the list to find and select your financial institution and click Continue
- Follow the prompts to sign in using your login credentials associated with the financial institution
- If the accounts have been found successfully; use the dropdown menus to link each account to the appropriate account in Quicken
Let me know how it goes!

Yes, that does not work. I went through all of your steps and still get the same issue. I also setup a brand new empty quicken file and get the same error. I confirmed these are the same credentials as I use to login into the website.
Please let me know how I can get further help on this.

Hello @dwkenner,
Thanks for following up and confirming that you’ve already tried the troubleshooting steps without success. Since you’re still receiving the FDP-103 error even in a brand-new Quicken file, that suggests the issue is on the financial institution’s side or a broader connectivity problem.
For your Discover account, we currently have an active alert regarding the FDP-103 (CC-503) error affecting multiple users. I recommend keeping an eye on the alert for updates, as our teams are actively investigating this issue.
For Renasant Bank, since you've verified your credentials and tried a fresh Quicken file, the next step would be to reach out to Quicken Support directly. They can run advanced diagnostics on your connection and escalate the issue if needed. You can contact Quicken Support here for real-time assistance via chat or phone.
I know this has been frustrating, and I appreciate your patience. Please let us know if you receive any updates from Support, and we’ll continue to assist however we can!
