Fidelity gets "an error has occured" while attempting to download fix?

Read all the threads but no help.
Cannot 'reset' account as it gets "Quicken could not complete account reset" error. Remove account and ATTEMPT to reactivate gets OL-209-B connection error.
Deleting account and trying to add account back does not work.
ALL other Bank, CC, and investment accounts download OK.
Any recommendations would be helpful.
Fidelity seems to work well only about half the time.

WHICH "Fidelity", it goes by multiple names in Q? When you to TOOLS, Account List … what name shows in the "Financial Institution" column? If that column isn't showing, it can be added via the OPTIONS button at the bottom.
Also on that dialog, what shows in the "Transaction Download" column for each of those accounts?
And, I'm a Fidelity Investments customer, and I consider them to be the GOLD STANDARD for supporting Q. They're the one FI that I never have problems with.
Lastly see this thread about OL-209B errors with another FI, and see if it help you any:

Thanks for the response.
The 209 error -ONLY- happens when I try and REACTIVATE the account after deactivating it. So it is not associated with the download problem, only during the troubleshooting and attempted resolution. Of the 19 or so CC, investment, and bank accounts I regularly access Fidelity is the one of mine that seems to have occasional downloading problems that show up and then go away, usually without intervention. This time it has hung on for a month or more.
