No downloads from multiple financial institutions

    NOTHING (Chase, US Bank, Discover, Citibank) is downloading. Last transactions downloaded had a date of Feb 8. No errors or anything. I do NOT want to reset each account as this would take hours. Will this be fixed?

    Hello @SunnySmooth,

    Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. When did this problem start? Was there anything that happened just before the issue started, such as a program/computer update or an unexpected program/computer shutdown? Is this happening in a newly restored backup file?

    Since this is affecting accounts with multiple financial institutions, it's possible that the authentication token in Quicken needs to be refreshed. You can do this by logging out of Quicken, then logging back in again.

    To log out of Quicken, go to Edit>Preferences>Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts. Click the blue Sign in as a different user link.

    In the confirmation window that comes up, type "yes", then click the Sign Out button.

    Once Quicken finishes logging you out, it will bring you to the login screen. Login and test to see if the issue is resolved.

    Thank you for letting us know you're having an issue updating your accounts. To assist with this, please provide more information. Which financial institution(s) are these accounts with? Are you seeing any error messages/codes? If not, what is happening when you attempt to update? Did you already follow the troubleshooting posted earlier in this discussion?

    I get alerts from my FI's and an alert said that due to the federal holiday on Feb. 17 all transactions from Feb. 15 through Feb. 18 will all be posted early morning of Feb. 19. I didn't even try to do an OSU on Feb. 15 thru Feb. 18. Will do my OSU on the 19th.

    Windows 11 (2 separate computers)..... Quicken Premier.. HAVE USED QUICKEN CONTINUOUSLY SINCE 1985.
