TRP is not updating transactions since 12/31/2024. It did a few days ago but it duplicated everything from 12/31/2024. Nothing current. Also, can't manually enter RMD info. Won't take it. I just want to show the shares sold and NOT have the amounts put in another account.
Who can fix this? Quicken or TRP?

I have the same issue others have reported. Had duplicate transactions downloaded in January, and none since. I have reported it to T. Rowe Price and they created a ticket (IMS0359571)) about a month ago. They indicated I was not the only one reporting it. I am hoping this gets resolved soon.

There are a couple of threads on this issue, so I am just adding my info to this one. I actually called TRP way back when this first started and they had me create a new Quicken file and set up download from TRP. All transactions downloaded. However, the next day I tried to download again to this new file and it failed to download the new transactions. I have also been doing what @evralston suggested above as a workaround. It is a pain in the neck as I have 20 to 30+ new transactions a week that I have been having to manually enter! Reminds me of the days before Quicken had a download….

Forgot to add my guffaw for the day. My laptop rebooted itself and I had to search for the open issue again, which is how I found this thread. What is HILARIOUS to me, is that Chrome's generative AI reported the issue with TRP downloads to Quicken, but Quicken STILL doesn't have it posted in the Known Issues section! lmao. You gotta laugh to avoid crying.

Today Quicken decided it was going to download Feb month-end for my mutual fund dividends. Hopefully this is a good sign they are getting closer even thought the data was still very late. My T.Rowe Brokerage accounts don't seem to have any issues.

Same as DStix, my Quicken downloaded all February transactions today, both month end and mid-month. These were duplicates of the transactions I had manually entered last month. So I had to delete the duplicates.

Good news! The download started working today (03/15/2025). THe system downloaded the transactions from February 28. I'm hoping this is fixed!

NOT RESOLVED!!!! Something definitely changed after the first of the year. Can Quicken "change control" (if they have this function) roll back to a version before the changes that caused these errors? Some February and March transactions are downloading, but January and February are apparently lost in the ozone — apologies to Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen.

Yesterday's transactions downloaded perfectly. Hopefully issue has been resolved.

Appears updates from T. Rowe Price are now starting to work. Had a transaction from March 6 that was missed, but same expected transaction got pulled for March 20. Gonna wait and see til end of month before I conclude this issue is fixed.
Thanks to Nick from T. Rowe Price (ticket #INC2247334); after sending him my OFX logs for both adding new account in test file and update account in main file, appears he got some attention on the matter and they were able to identify the problem. Kinda sucks I had to get in between the two companies to get some focus, as well as anyone else who made effort to call.
Ticket open with Quicken re-referencing from above (supervisor Heron) - Case #11622575
Cheers!

Thanks much @Dejac DeJack !!! You might just be my hero :)
I had called TRP way back and the guy I talked to (might even have been Nick!) was very helpful. At least THEY took it seriously. I had completely turned off TRP updates to Quicken until this was resolved, so I am going to try updating now and see what happens.
UPDATE: I had updated my passwords at TRP in the middle of all this so I deactivated and reactivated downloads on all 45 accounts and YAY - this does appear to be fixed! I had been manually adding transactions to Quicken so the older transactions came across as Match or Near Match, and the new ones from this week came in for all applicable accounts.

Over the past 2 weeks, this seems to be working for me. Knock on wood. Thanks.

The upcoming month end dividends on individual mutual funds will be the real test. My brokerage accts have been stable.

Sad face. So I am glad other people either appear to be fixed or never had an issue. However, I just did a OSU and 7 TRP transactions that happened yesterday DID NOT DOWNLOAD. But, since Quicken doesn't ever respond to problem reports so you don't have anything to to reply to or update, I don't even know if they think it is resolved or not. Deciding whether to submit a new problem ticket or maybe build my own process to create OFX's from CSV files…. It so sucks that there isn't another application that can do everything that I use Quicken for. I would have converted already.

Happy Face! Hopefully final post…. Not sure what happened yesterday, but today I got all my transactions for Monday and Tuesday.

Was this in a brokerage acct or individual Mutual funds?

I am currently able to download transactions for my 401(k) plan smoothly into Quicken without any issues. However, I am unable to download any transactions for my DCP (Deferred Compensation Plan), and it consistently reflects a zero balance with no transaction records.
After numerous discussions and follow up calls with T. Rowe Price's technical support team, I was informed that certain account types, such as DCP, are not permitted for download into Quicken due to T Rowe corporate directives. Unfortunately, no reason was provided for this limitation. I was advised to submit a request through the T. Rowe Price portal to consider enabling DCP plan downloads into Quicken.
Also, I kindly requested further clarification regarding this issue and the rationale behind the restriction.
I will keep you posted once i hear back from T Rowe.
