Hello All,
We do now have an active alert for this issue with Vanguard. You can follow this link to access that alert, where I suggest bookmarking it for all further updates and new information. You will also find instructions on how to download transactions directly from Vanguard and import them into Quicken for a workaround while we investigate a resolution to this issue.

I'm still unable to download vanguard transactions using direct connect? Is there any update? Has the problem been resolved and its just me?
The issue appears to have been resolved for the vast majority of users. There have been no comments reporting issues on this thread for more than a week. If you are a Mac subscriber, have updated your Quicken software and still cannot connect, you should reach out to Quicken support for assistance.
